CANCELLATION POLICY

We will do our best to ensure that your appointment begins on time and is completed in a timely fashion. - Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. - “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  - Appointments that are made and need to be cancelled within a 24 hour period, must be re-schedule or canceled within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Deposits are non-refundable. Late Policy We ask that if you believe you are going to be arriving to your appointment late that you notify My Agnes immediately with your estimated time frame. - If you arrive 10-minutes late to your appointment then a modified service will be performed within your booked time frame (ex: no nail art). - If you are 15-20 minutes late arriving to your appointment, your appointment will be automatically canceled as we will no longer have sufficient time to complete your service or modified service.
